Technical Sheet
Teflon® encapsulated Viton® o-rings are a type of sealing device that combines the properties of Viton® and Teflon®. Viton® is a type of fluoroelastomer that is known for its excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and durability. Teflon® encapsulation provides additional chemical resistance and durability. These o-rings are ideal for use in applications where exposure to harsh chemicals, high temperatures, and aggressive fluids is a concern, such as in the chemical processing, oil and gas, and automotive industries. They can resist a wide range of chemicals including acids, bases, fuels, oils, and solvents that regular Viton® o-ring can't.
